Tēnā Koe - Welcome

These guidelines are designed to help institutions improve their e-learning practice. They have been designed for teachers, support staff and managers, and provide up-to-date, practical information and direction on e-learning.

The design of the guidelines encourages further development and discussion from the tertiary community. Become involved, discuss the issues, and add your expertise. You can change and add to the guidelines and exemplars simply by selecting the edit button on the menu.

You can explore the Implementing e-learning guidelines project and the specifics of each of the twenty one projects that are currently underway across New Zealand.

You can also read a case study on implementing the e-learning guidelines at the New Zealand Tertiary College.

The Tertiary Education Commission and the Ministry of Education funded this project. The final report outlines the projects aims and outcomes.
